Placing an order
- Each item is handmade by Eleanor in her Glasgow studio, as such lead times vary! Please check current lead times with Eleanor before placing and order.
- All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT. Eleanor is not VAT registered.
- All items sent to UK addresses will be posted with Royal Mail Special Delivery – next day service with insurance and tracking. A signature is required at point of delivery.
- Please contact Eleanor to discuss international postage or special postage requests. - Customers are responsible for any import fees that international delivery may incur.
- Please contact Eleanor with any questions, and she will be more than happy to help.
Commissions and Bespoke items
- Quotes for commissioned items are valid for 3 months following the date of receipt. After this time has elapsed, prices may vary due to fluctuating metal prices and running costs. If you have paid a deposit for a piece, the final balance is due before dispatch along with the price of postage.
- For ring orders, it is the customers responsibility to ensure they order the correct size- Eleanor can help with this!
Returns and Exchanges
- Items which you aren’t happy with may be exchanged or returned. Please contact Eleanor as soon as possible to arrange this, or within 14 days of reciept of items.
- Customers are responsible for the safe packaging and postage of any returned items, so please if you are returning something take care to make sure it cannot be crushed! Eleanor cannot accept responsibility for items which are damaged or lost in transit. Items must arrive in their original condition with their original packaging (unless discussed).
- Payment will be returned via the same method that payment was made within 30 days of reciept of returned item unless otherwise aggreed.
Note: this does not include bespoke or commissioned items unless they are faulty.
Website content - Great effort is made to ensure that photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible, however there may be some slight discrepancies in sizes, colours and finishes- every item is made by hand. Photographs are not to scale, so please refer to losted dimensions of items, or contact Eleanor.

Privacy
- If you place an order with Eleanor in person, she will need to collect some contact details in order to fulfil this order. These details and records will be stored securely. If you place an order online, she will need your name, address and contact email/telephone number to process the order.
- Payment or contact details will never be stored or shared with any 3rd parties.
- I will always ask you permission to add you to an email newsletter list. My e-newsletter provider is Mailchimp, which store your name and email adddress securely. You may unsubscribe from this list at any time. If you need help with this, please reach out to Eleanor and she will manually unsubscribe you.
